If I can’t be experiencing Summer right now…well I guess the next best thing is stitching it.
Lizzie Kate’s Summer Alphabet Sampler…started last year…and here’s today’s progress:
I went to a new-to-me yarn store in Houston last weekend called Nimblefingers. They actually carry needlepoint and yarn supplies. I purchased a bit of madelinetosh lace…in a gorgeous pinky/purpley color…
Now just to decide what to make!

Love the LK Summer piece. Good idea! Love the Madeleine Tosh yarn too -- pretty color! I keep hearing wondrous things about Madeleine Tosh yarn. Loved that cowl finish too -- pretty color again!
