February CggQC Wrap-up

OK, well I’m a day late, but hopefully I can sneak this one in!  I just rolled into town last night after being at baby showers all weekend…so I’m POOPED!

Here’s what I finished this month…

1.  Siggy Blocks finished and mailed (and received!) by p.s.i quilt headquarters.siggy blocks on the way out

2.  Pieced, quilted and bound quilt for Susan’s shower.  I also made a little pillow with the scraps, but don’t know if I have a picture of that.  These are also the best pics I have of the quilt and pillow right now…finished at the last minute and had to throw it in the bag and run to the shower!DSCN1700

3.  Finished a stacking ring toy…also for shower gift.DSCN1617

4.  Finished block 9 for the BOM…block9

OK, I think that brings us to a close for this month.  I didn’t finish my schnibbles…just not enough hours this month!

For being away, you really were able to accomplish quite a bit. All are very lovely projects. I bet the stacking toy will get tons of use.

I love your stacking ring in Verna. Kudos for making that! I made one about a year ago and I know it's pretty time consuming. My grand-daughter loves it!

Great job. You got a lot accomplished. And completed a whole quilt in one month. That is great.

All of these are just great! I love the colors on the quilt and pillow you made, I know the feeling, rushing to get a baby quilt done :D The rings are great too, is it the Heather Bailey pattern?

Good job on all of your accomplishments!

Wow, great job on your goals! That stacking toy is amazing!

I signed up for the Glace BOM after seeing the blocks on different blogs, I love that fabric but was not in the mood for a mystery quilt. Now that I've seen 9 of the blocks, not much of a mystery. I'll probably wait and do them all at once since I'm getting a late start.

I love the stacking ring toy!! And I'm a big fan of the mystery BOM. Wish I had joined this, but there will be other opportunities, I'm sure. Your piecing is great--I'm envious of your points!
