2 finishes today!

As promised…long ago…here is Jack’s stocking.jacks stocking finishedjacks stocking finished (5)It has been sent off today to mom who will be doing the finishing for me.

Also, I finished my Cindy Lou Who Schnibble for October…just a tad late!Cindy Lou Who Schnibble - au.thenCindy Lou Who Schnibble - au.then (3)Cindy Lou Who Schnibble - au.then (4)I used Sweetwater’s au.then.tic line of fabric for Moda.  I had been eyeing this fabric for a while, and this was such a fun way to use it!  I went back and forth on whether to use a back border or a green one…and I’m glad I chose the black in the end.  The backing fabric is the green with black writing.

So, on to the next project…one of 8 million :)

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Between you and Siobhan, I am going to have to start stitching SB stockings.

And that quilt - you are so very talented! Are you keeping this for yourself or will it be a Christmas gift?

Enjoy your week.

I finished a SB stocking yesterday for a client, and I had to sew on all those buttons and charms - geez! That takes a LOOOOOONG time...

Love the stocking! It's absolutely beautiful! The quilt block is gorgeous also and I much prefer your colors to the picture in your previous post! Sure wish people would stop with the quilting on the blogs though. You're all gonna suck me back into that madness, especially now that we will be just a few doors down from a quilt store!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! You do beautiful work. I am domestically challenged, and sewing is one of the things that I really stink at. Which makes me admire people who can do it so beautifully all the more. :)
