Well, here's another one to add to the list. I got Fresh Watermelon yesterday, and after pulling the DMCs for it, I decided that I HAD to start it! It's just too gorgeous!

And here's a pic with my little tiny bit of progress and a shot of the fabric and fibers:See?! I told you...gorgeous. I'm stitching it on the recommended 28 ct. Vintage Examplar Linen. A bit darker that I would have thought I would have liked (even darker than my picture shows) but it is STUNNING with the fibers. It's got a bit of the pink/rose color in the mottling, which totally matches the pinks in the watermelon! Perfect for summer!
So, this is what I'll be working on...now that I'm DONE WITH WORK for the summer! Well, I technically have to make it through the day, but it's graduation and I do get to leave a bit early.

Great job on your new start!! The colors are absolutely wonderful!! I love the darker color linens, and with those colors it is gonna POP!!!! Will we see a finish on Monday??!!! LOL. Beautiful colors! It's not the chart for me, but I'm going to make a list of the colors and use them for something else.
I'll be stitching on 'Bless Our Home' this weekend--I think I'll have it finished before the new week starts. Look for an update on Monday!

I am working on an LHN design also...One of the Saltbox series...Blessed are the Merciful. I am hoping to have it finished either tonight or tomorrow. I am into stitching quick finishes here lately. Either stuff that I have started that is almost finished or smaller charts that won't take me long to finish once started. :)

This is adorable, Dianne! I particularly like those cute lil ants, in the design! The colors are great, and will make for a fun stitching project. Looking forward to seeing your updates and/or finish of it!
Not sure yet, I have a couple of hours of RR stitching to do, then I might work on two or three different things, I have in the works. I pretty much stitch what I want to work on these days!
Love this chart. We got it in the shop this week and if I didn't have a hundred other things to stitch I would most likely be stitching it right now too!
Great start!! Sometimes you just have to go with the feeling and start something new, even if you do have other things already started. Plus, watermelon is such a summer thing! ;)
