Mmmmmm...Patisserie...

I am SOOOOOO excited to have this fabric in my little hands! I literally went to a semi-out of the way quilt store just to get this yummy goodness :) Patisserie by Fig Tree Quilts...I have some wonderful hours of quilting in my immediate future...like nap time today... I even know what pattern I'm going to use...

Here's a progress pic of Sea to Shining Sea. I worked on it a bit on Saturday morning. I was so excited to see a house that I started the first house (West Coast) before I even finished the border around the first rectangle. I'll go back and get that done before I move on to the Southwest.

Also, yesterday was a big day in the Brown house! Jack cut his first tooth! He turned 5 months on Friday the 13th...so this tooth is a bit early! He also got his first bath with his big brother...which was great for everyone!
Happy Stitching/Quilting/Knitting (yes knitting...more on this later...) or whatever makes you happy today!

Very nice fabric, and StSS looks wonderful. Congrats on the new tooth. Before you know it, they'll be asking for your car keys.

Great fabric, they are really pretty colours. My little miss is just five months old and looks like there is a tooth almost ready to appear as well, she's only four days older than Jack.
