Easter Bunny is on his way!

I'm loving being able to stitch something for myself. Between being finished with Wife's Prayer and having complete spring fever...I've started two (yes two!) Easter designs in the last 2 days! The first is Eggs by Shepherds Bush...pic to come later as it's in the car in my travel bag. The second is Easter Parade by Blackbird Designs. I'm currently working on the bunny pattern, but I do have the fabric and fibers already for the basket pattern...





Obviously my fabric is not ironed yet! I'm stitching this piece in hand...mostly because I couldn't find my q-snap when I started it. It's a bit different than anything else I've stitched before, so I'm enjoying it!

On a completely opposite note...still nothing on our house! I'm completely desperate for something to happen on it! Hopefully this week!

OK OK OK!!!! I've finally finished this project after almost 3 months! It's amazing how little stitching you actually get done with a kid in the house and working full time! And yet I still find the time to buy stash?! Anywho...here's the long awaited pic of A Wife's Prayer by Erica Michaels.



I'm also posting the picture of a framed finish that I finally got back from the framer. Nicholas is only 15 months old now! Better late than never!


I was on the 123 board just a few minutes ago and noticed that someone else was working on O Beautiful also! I'm now aching to work on this one...and then maybe something less patriotic for a while...Different color scheme for a change!

New Stash and WIP pic

OK so I have definitely not been as good as promised on this board, but I hope to be better now...we'll see...

I just recently bought some new stash...3 new Little House patterns and I'm so excited to start them! I will probably finish into a pillow or something of that sort.

I have been working very hard on finally finishing Wife's Prayer for my sister...it's so close to being done! Here's my progress...I've only got the last little phrase and the little stars in the corner and then it's finished. The framer already has the frame complete and it's waiting on me to finish it.


Also, my husband and I have bought a house! Actually, technically, right now it's just a lot, but it will be a house by sometime this summer. We should move in July, so obviously my brain is going crazy with decorating and stitching plans!

Just got off of Spring Break...I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at home with Nicholas, which was great. I can't wait for more time with him coming up soon.

I hope to be posting my finish on Wife's Prayer this weekend!
